Every week, people tune in to see Guy Fieri eat some food that somebody made him. Don't fool yourselves, people. That is what you're watching. Somebody fries up a candy bar, wraps it in smoked salmon, puts it on a sourdough roll with 17 slices of bacon, then you watch Guy take a bite and jizz in his pants. That is the show, that is the show you are watching.
How can there be a different update schedule when it's called The Daily Doodle, you ask? I'll tell you how! The weekends don't count as days, that's how! Also, It's my comic, I can do what I want.
But seriously, The Daily Doodle is now going to be weekdays only. This past year of my life has seen some changes and I'm trying to get a good routine down that will allow me to effectively balance my Freelance Illustration and producing The Daily Doodle while also working a day job and spending time with my Girlfriend. The plan is that I can spend some time on the weekend drawing 5 days worth of doodles and have them all queued up for the week, allowing me to utilize the rest of the week for any Freelance commissions or other personal projects that I'm working on. Also, taking the weekends off from updates gives me a little breather so that I can, hopefully, come up with some better jokes.
I think it's all gonna work out just fine.Posted 21:25
