There's been a lot of confusion with the motto of Godfather's clock repair, "Have us clean your clock or we'll clean your clock!"
I was able to repair the website so that I can now update comics again. It looks like things are back to normal. Some things are a little buggy on my end but nothing to worry about. I'm still considering the idea of starting a new comic but nothing is for sure yet. I'm definitely going to continue updating The Daily Doodle for a while longer until I decide on what I'm going to do for sure. Right now I don't have any new comics ready, but I'm going to get back into the swing of things by next week, possibly the middle of this week depending on how busy I am.Posted 09:56

There's a chance, that because I am not that good at Web coding and the internet is evolving at a rapid rate, that The Daily Doodle may be on a long hiatus. My hosting service is doing a mandatory PHP upgrade on November 3rd. Last time they upgraded, the content management system that I'm using wouldn't let me upload new comics. This was fixed by going back to an old version of PHP. You follow so far? Yeah me neither. Anyway, the developer behind this "easy to use" content management system has disappeared from the internet and doesn't even allow new posts in their forum. Long story short, once this upgrade takes effect I probably won't be able to add new comics to the website and I'm going to have to make the switch to something more widely used like Wordpress. I have over 700 comics on here so it might take me a while to switch it all over if I decide to do that. I'm actually toying with the idea of starting a whole new comic that's less doodley and more finished, with color and all of that. Nothing is for sure yet, other than the whole PHP upgrade thing.
Also, I might not be able to add news posts either, so if you don't already, you can get the lowdown on my comics via Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr.
